Step by step

The project manager will then work with the designer to create a preliminary design based on the notes, pictures, and measurements taken during the on-site consultation. These initial design concepts will consider key elements like the yard grading, structures, and existing trees, along with the client’s budget requirements.
After the initial designs are ready, we will meet with you again to present the drawings and discuss your feedback.

After the “rough” design has been agreed upon, we will discuss and incorporate finer design elements like colors, materials, and finishes. We will then develop an accurate estimate and schedule another meeting to discuss it with you.
