Consultation
Every prospective project starts with a “discovery” conversation - a free consultation, during which the client gets to discuss the general aspects of the project with the project manager. After we get a general idea of the project, we will schedule an on-site consultation, during which we will meet with you, take a look at your current garden or backyard, and discuss your project “must-haves” and “nice-to-haves” in more detail.
Based on the information collected, we will create an initial estimate for the work required to turn your ideas into a reality.

Design
Our project manager will then share the notes, pictures, and measurements during the consultation appointment with our skilled landscape designers, who will develop a preliminary design. The design will consider all aspects of your land, including grading, structures, existing trees, and more.
Once the first iteration of the design is ready, we will share it with you and revise further based on your feedback.

Estimate
The project manager will meet with you again to discuss various design elements like color options, materials, and more. After these finer details are finalized, we will develop an estimate accordingly and schedule another meeting to discuss it with you.

Construction Permits
As soon as the final project plan and estimate are approved, we will start working on obtaining the permit on your behalf. Even within the Greater Toronto Area, every municipality has its own bylaws and requirements. As such, the time necessary to receive the permit can vary accordingly.

Construction
Finally, after the permit is ready to go, we will schedule the construction of your landscaping project and order all the necessary materials.
